An ambitious artist with a B.S. in Character Animation who is most comfortable working with Autodesk Maya. Accomplished in the fundamental mechanics of animation, particularly in creating believable character performances. Also a capable problem solver in the areas of rigging, modeling, texturing, lighting and compositing. Worked with the teacher of the sophomore Character Animation I and II classes to critique and instruct students one on one in their animation exercises. Was also in charge of supervising the class once a week, and taught a limited number of lessons when asked by the teacher.

Contracted to work closely with the creative director of the project to realize his vision. My sole responsibility was animation, but I also was able to modify the character’s rigs to my liking before I started animation.

ROTOSCOPE ARTIST School of Visual Art and Design at Southern Adventist University June 2006 Collegedale, TN
Worked with the visual effects team to complete corrective visual effects on the film, Secret of the Cave. The film went on to win a Crystal Heart Award at the 2006 Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis.
